On March 9, 2010, we had a repairman come by, sent by Bell Telephone, to correct problems with our BellExpressVu tv service.He left and we still have problems.
While he was here we asked him if he knew of anyone who could provide high speed internet service. We live in the country and haven't found any ISP who is able to provide the service to our home. The repairman suggested that we try Galaxy for satellite high speed, handed us a business card and left. On the business card was his name and that he worked for a company called ACN.
Apparently, Galaxy and ACN are the same company?? We filled out an application form and, since then this man has not shown up to install our service. He keeps telling us that when he has time he'll be by. We haven't paid anything yet so haven't really lost anything but, because he has our signed contract we can't go to anyone else to inquire about high speed internet service.
I've phoned and e-mailed this man several times and he just keeps telling me "when I get time". It says on the ACN card that he is the Executive Team Leader for ACN. Has anyone else experienced this problem? How did you handle it?
If not, any suggestions on what I might do?
